I'm typically not one for sweet, fruity drinks. But in the summer months with limited air conditioning, I turn into Arrested Development's Buster — in other words, completely juice-wild. I try to limit myself to chain drinking LaCroix like a good millennial adult, but sometimes you've satisfy the cravings.
No one needs an excuse to drink rosé in the summer, but I couldn't very well just freeze it in the popsicle molds and call it a day (or could I? has anyone tried something like this?). Even if it would have turned out, I think peach makes a perfect partner to rosé. Its flavor is subtle enough to allow the rosé to come through, and it blends into a lovely purée which makes for chunk-free popsicles.
